- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping options, which will be displayed at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location.
- Packaging: Your jewellery will be carefully packaged in reusable and sustainable packaging, ensuring it arrives safely and ready for you to enjoy.

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note, we are not currently delivering outside of Australia but if you would like to enquire about international delivery you can contact us here.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our returns process easy:
- Return Window: You can return your jewellery within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Process: To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@thelonetael.com with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions on how to send your jewellery back.
- Store credit: Once we’ve received the returned items, store credit to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
