Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our returns process easy:

• Return Window: You can return your jewellery within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Process: To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@thelonetael.com with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions on how to send your jewellery back.
• Store credit: Once we’ve received the returned items, store credit to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
