Grab a string, floss, or a strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger (where the ring will sit).
Mark the spot where it overlaps with a pen.
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler.
Match your measurement to the size chart below.

Option 2: Use a ring you already own

Pick a ring that fits you just right.
Measure the inside diameter (straight across the middle of the ring) with a ruler.
